JCC Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with this growing home insulation and renewable organisation as they look to expand and enhance their field sales / direct sales presence by bringing on board a high volume of direct sales / field sales agents.

You will serve customers across England in their own homes selling loft insulation solutions, educating them on the products available, the installation process and of course, the benefits of such measures and products.

My client has a call centre operation which generates high quality leads and makes initial appointments for the direct sales agents to attend, therefore, leads are warm, primed and ready for conversion!

To be considered for this role, you MUST:

• Have recent / current direct sales or field sales experience (any industry)
• Have a full UK driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
• Be a real people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be confident and able to quote in person, on the day and manage sale through to close
• Be money motivated, dynamic, patient, passionate about your product and above all else, ethical

Your appointments will be made on your behalf and you will, on average have 2-3 appointments per day in your location.

Working pattern is 4.5 days a week with an early finish on Friday (if you want it!).

Things to note:

• This is self-employed role, BUT
• My client is willing to pay £700 per week as a retainer, plus uncapped commission
• You will be required to train for 2-3 days in Buckinghamshire and any necessary hotel expenses will be covered along with £100 a day for subsistence
