Our client is an established property organisation which has a busy repairs contact centre based in Peterborough. The team, which consists of approximately 25 advisors deal with a continuous and high-volume flow of customer enquiries via both telephone and email and are integral to ensuring a professional, empathetic, and seamless experience each and every time.
Our client’s customer base is varied as is the variety of contact you will receive. As a result, you will communicate with a range of personalities, each having their own unique reason for contacting the centre. It is therefore imperative that you possess the ability to adapt to each scenario as they present themselves, and you will need to be able to think on your feet and react accordingly.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a resilient and pragmatic people-person with the ability to manage multiple processes at any given time. You will be required to deliver a resolution to the customer in a timely and effective manner and being ‘tech-savvy’ and well equipped to multi-task will be key to making this happen. You will regularly engage with internal and external individuals so you will possess the confidence to communicate with a variety of individuals of differing levels and specialisms.
