We are committed to providing excellence to clients and candidates alike, without exception and on behalf of our client, an innovative, international B2B organisation, we are seeking a business development manager, to work from their London office, covering the Greater London territory.

You will form part of an experienced, successful and dynamic sales and account management function and will take responsibility for driving sales, performance and growth of new and existing client accounts within the office build, refit or furniture arena.

The business development manager will have a keen eye for new account and sales opportunities, identifying client prospects, be a solid, confident and proactive communicator and demonstrate gravitas.

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Have a demonstrable sales, business development and account management background
• Ideally have experience working within the B2B space selling top-spec office refit solutions, high end furnishings or other high-calibre commercial office technology
• Possess high level account management capability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to create and deliver client presentations
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills in order to win business and grow and retain customers
• Be confident in partnering and servicing clients and contacts of all levels and not be phased by engaging with the highest-level external stakeholders and blue-chip organisations 
• Possess the highest of morals, work ethic and respect towards colleagues, clients and third parties
• IT literate with an understanding of CRM packages 

As you will be visiting your portfolio of customers, it is preferred that you have a full, UK driver's license and be willing to travel throughout the Greater London region. 

This is a full-time, permanent role which pays a competitive basic salary, based on experience and track record, along with a structured commission structure to drive you towards an uncapped OTE.
