We are committed to providing excellence to clients and candidates alike, without exception and on behalf of our client, an established, privately-owned home insulation business, we are seeking 2 additional appointment setters to join their team.

Established in 2012, our client's business has been providing eco-friendly insulation solutions, and in line with the increasing demands of its customers, they are seeking additional appointment and booking staff.

Based out of their head office premises in Harold Wood, Essex, you will be responsible for booking appointments for their team of Retrofit Assessors to meet with potential customers and discuss the installation options open to them via the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).

These appointments will be made by outbound calling high-quality, warm leads (potential customers who have already expressed an interest in this service) with the aim of securing an agreed number of appointments per week for the team to undertake full property assessments.

To be considered for this role, it is preferred that you:

• Have previous outbound sales/telemarketing/lead generation experience (Desirable)
• Possess previous experience working within energy/utilities/construction industries (Desirable)
• Have an outstanding telephone manner (Essential)
• Are able to work to set KPIs
• Can demonstrate resilience, positivity, and desire (Essential)
• Have previous CRM experience (tech-savvy candidates will be considered and trained)
• Work well within a fast-paced team and in line with compliance and legislation
• Have the capacity to understand a complicated offering and be able to share this knowledge with customers and colleagues

Weekly working hours: Monday – Friday (0900 – 1800) with 1 hour for lunch

Basic Salary: Up to £23,000 (OTE: £30,000)
